In the early 70's the law enforcement community found that officers assigned air conditioned vehicles performed much better than officers in hot non-air conditioned patrol cars. Then in the 80's came light weight bullet proof vests and with the vests came back hotcops. In the late 90's the "coolcop™ " came along, just in time to help keep peace in the new millennium.
The coolcop™ is a hose system that uses the vehicle's air conditioning to let cool air in where it is needed under the bullet proof vest. The system can also be transferred from one vehicle to another.

dashboard A/C vent using a snap on to the vent with an internal spring clamp.
